I had been with Progressive for my auto insurance for a couple of years. After seeing their constant ads everywhere promising “easy homeowners insurance” and “protect what matters most,” I called expecting a straightforward quote and policy. Instead, they flat-out told me they couldn’t insure the new home I was buying. No explanation that made sense. Even worse, this wasn’t the first time. When I still lived in my manufactured home, I tried to get coverage through them and they couldn’t provide either.

Not sure what the difference was between the agents i spoke to was but the second agent totally handled my needs at a reasonable rate and made me feel at ease

It was very frustrated because I had three different prices. Talked to several different people, even though I had the policy number they kept on giving me the runaround once I friendly got back to the original person. It was much better and got it handled and got my contract.
