Customer service was great and my rates were lower than previous carrier. Everything was easy and I am very satisfied with my change to Progrssive!!!! Now I feel like I’m part of the Progressive commercials crew

Disappointed it the score keeping on how I am driving because there are some things that we cant control like other drivers cutting you off when you are driving 5mph and you have to hard break, that’s one example of not being fair to the insured.
