i have heard good things about Progressive, and i switched carriers due to the savings. i reserve my right to post a critique after having the insurance for some length of time or after having to file a claim.

Progressive makes the process of signing up for insurance somewhat simple and very efficient. I know where to find anything I made need on the Progressive App. If I have any issues I know that I can contact Progressive and they will assist me if needed; quick, simple, and easy.

I always thought state farm was the best. They are not people friendly and they don't work with you. The lady at progressive was great
