I am not qualified to rate whether or not I am satisfied with Progressive, but the premiums rates are good and my agent recommended them. That's why I am only somewhat satisfied. I've not had to file any claims to see how they do with that.

Very satisfied, but think your phone app needs a little help. Like using phone when driving. I only use my phone hands free only. Seems like the app does not know that .
