It was easy to get the insurance but when I had a banking issue they were not willing to help me until my bank got set up from switching ownership. That was very frustrating and disappointing

So happy that I called Progressive! My rate was better then what I was paying before and my experience on the phone was amazing and super easy. The woman who helped me made thr entire process very quick but also made sure that I really knew all my options and was making the right decision. I am very happy everytime I pay my bill knowing its a great price and a real person is ready to answer me when I need help.
