Claims process is somewhat frustrating based upon the low initial estimates. Worried that Progressive will raise rates regardless of our driving history.

We appreciate being accepted by Progressive. We had been with State Farm for over 20 years. SF seemed not to care about our situation at all. Ages 73 and 76, no tickets, no accidents, vehicle and home insurance and life and IRAs, rates kept going up. Clerical staff seemed more interested in Spanish clients than us 20 years plus clients. Would not work with us in lowering rates. Could never see the owner of the SF franchise. Bill.

They almost cancelled my brand new policy because I didn’t take pictures of vehicle that was never requested from me, I guess you need to check your app like it’s social media.
