It was easy to get the insurance but when I had a banking issue they were not willing to help me until my bank got set up from switching ownership. That was very frustrating and disappointing

Customer service was excellent, including over the phone. I accomplished switching my car insurance with ease and satisfaction and they were able to answer any questions I had.

A friend of mine told me progressive, especially Blake Paschal, to talk to him about rv ins. and ins. on my jeep, he explained everything I needed to know, and told me some things that I didn't know and should have. It was a very good experience

Great experience, everything explained , covered and very simple. Was very appreciative of the person who helped me. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Not to mention the great price for my policy, better than any other insurances
