I had progressive from 2009 to 2024. I didn't have a vehicle to drive. I was highest level. No ow insurance 315.00 a month because I have to start all over

the contracts are helpful, but I have heard that the customer is always right; a while back and even now you see employee own company. it works both ways; money or relationship.

I am very satisfied with the help given by the Progressive representative gave to us. We went to purchase an RV and didn't think of insurance ahead of time. We called that day and she made sure we had everything we needed to get it home safe and sound.

I like how when I asked them to explain something to me they never talked down to me or made me feel as if I had asked a dumb question. They was very nice and respectful in the entire quote.
