They almost cancelled my brand new policy because I didn’t take pictures of vehicle that was never requested from me, I guess you need to check your app like it’s social media.

The only problem was being charged $20 late fee for the first down payment. That was no fault of mine but it was the fault of my insurance agent. He submitted an expired card
